Shipping & Returns

Send

We do everything we can to deliver your new items to you as quickly as possible. If you order from us before 4:00 PM, your package will be shipped the same day.

We deliver to customers within the Netherlands and Belgium. The shipping costs for orders under €75.00 are €4.95. Orders over €75.00 are shipped free of charge. The standard delivery time for packages within the Netherlands is 1-3 days and for Belgium 2-5 days.

Shipping with Track & Trace
We ship all orders with Track & Trace code. This is done via DHL to the delivery address specified when ordering. If we deviate from this for certain reasons, you will be notified by e-mail.

Not at home?
Were you not at home when the DHL delivery person was at your door? Then you will find a card in the mailbox with a DHL service point on it. After presenting it once, the package will be delivered to a DHL service point where you can pick up the package yourself.

Returns

We hope that you are satisfied with your purchase, but if you are not satisfied for any reason, you can easily return or exchange your purchase. Read all about our returns policy below.

You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to return any item(s) to us. The items can only be returned if they are unworn or undamaged and are provided with the card and the return form. Sale items cannot be exchanged or returned. The shipping costs for returning the product are at your own expense.

How can I return an item?
Register your return by sending an email to info@mettebutik.com and stating your order number. Then complete the returns form. If you no longer have this, you can download a new return form by clicking here .

Then repack the item(s) together with the returns form and send the package to:

Please note: Shipping costs for returning the product are your own responsibility and we strongly recommend that you obtain proof of postage - if the product is lost it is not our responsibility. Keep this shipping receipt until you have received the refund.

After receiving your package, you will receive a confirmation from us by email. You will then receive the purchase amount within 10 working days in the same way as you paid.

Complaints

Have you received the wrong item, wrong size, is a product missing or is the product damaged? Please contact us immediately at info@mettebutik.com and do not return the item yet, we cannot reimburse return costs incurred afterwards. Our customer service will contact you within 24 hours on working days for a suitable solution!
